Orange County · Outdoor living
Your next job starts with a search.
Kairo builds websites for deck, patio cover, pergola and outdoor kitchen contractors. Fast, mobile-first, and built for one outcome: turning that search into a booked estimate.
Mostly questions, not a presentation. If a new site is not what you need, I will say so on the call.
Instant estimator
Estimated range
Published Orange County market rates. Your build runs on your own pricing.
[ 01 / The gap ]
Most contractor sites are a business card.
They load slowly, they were built for a desktop nobody uses, and they ask a homeowner to fill in six fields to get a number. So the homeowner leaves and calls the next builder on the list. The work was never the problem.
[ 02 / What changes ]
Built for the moment they decide.
An instant number
The Instant Estimator gives a homeowner a real range in seconds, using your pricing and nobody else's, then hands you their name and number while they are still interested.
Your method, in writing
The Build Method block explains how you actually build, in your words. It is the thing that separates a real builder from three cheaper quotes.
Found where it counts
Service and city pages, schema, clean structure and real speed, so you show up for the searches that end in a job rather than a click.
[ 03 / The fit ]
Built for the crews homeowners find on a phone.
Kairo is for independent Orange County builders who make decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living spaces. It is not a general agency subscription or a pile of lead promises. It is the site itself, built around the work you want more of.
[ 04 / What arrives ]
A site people can understand before they call.
The jobs you want more of
Service pages, city pages where they fit, and a gallery path that lets the work speak before a homeowner reaches the contact form.
Your real process
A Build Method section comes from how you actually plan, build, and finish—not generic trade copy or borrowed credentials.
A shorter path to contact
Clear calls to action, lightweight forms, and the Instant Estimator give someone a reason to raise their hand while they are deciding.
The handoff stays clear
Two revision rounds, a live walkthrough, two weeks for post-launch fixes, and ownership of your paid-for site content and domain.
[ 05 / The price ]
$697 for the build.
$50/month to keep it hosted.
The fixed Website Build is paid in two $348.50 invoices: one to start and one after the final walkthrough, before launch. Hosting & Maintenance is optional and covers hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring, and reasonable technical upkeep.
[ 06 / The mechanism ]
There is a system behind it. Four steps.
Kairo starts with a clear scope, then your real numbers, then your method, and it will not launch until the build passes a written gate. The fixed Website Build follows this sequence; custom projects follow their accepted proposal.
[ 07 / Existing clients ]
Know a builder who needs a better site?
Refer a new-to-Kairo business that becomes a paying Kairo client and get three free months of Hosting & Maintenance. If you are not on the plan, the reward is $250 cash. It is earned when their deposit clears; ask the business to name you during the introduction.
[ 08 / Questions first ]
The things worth knowing before a call.
Do I own the site?
Once the build is paid in full, you own the client-specific content, branding, and domain.
What does $50/month cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring, and reasonable technical upkeep—not unlimited marketing work.
What if the project is different?
Custom builds use a written proposal with their own deliverables, price, milestones, and schedule.
See exactly what a serious build includes.
Thirty minutes, one fixed price, and a written scope. Nothing gets committed on the call.
