Who is Kairo for?
Independent Orange County contractors who build decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living spaces. The work is for builders who want their website to explain the quality of the work before a homeowner calls.
What does the fixed Website Build cost?
The fixed Website Build is $697: $348.50 to start and $348.50 after the final walkthrough, before handoff or launch. The scope is written down before work starts.
What if my project needs something different?
Custom builds use a separate written proposal and Custom Build Agreement. The proposal states the deliverables, price, payment milestones, timeline, and any third-party costs before work begins.
How long does a build take?
The written proposal sets the project schedule. It depends on how quickly Kairo receives accurate materials, access, decisions, and consolidated feedback; delayed materials move the schedule.
Do I own the website and domain?
After all build invoices are paid, you own the client-specific site content, copy, branding created for the site, and domain. Kairo keeps its reusable design system, templates, components, and tools.
What does Hosting & Maintenance cover?
It is $50/month and covers hosting, SSL certificate management, backups, security monitoring, reasonable technical upkeep, and coordination to restore the hosted site from available backups. It does not include advertising, content production, SEO campaigns, major redesigns, new features, or unlimited content changes.
How does the referral offer work?
Existing clients who refer a new-to-Kairo business that becomes a paying Kairo client receive three free months of Hosting & Maintenance. If you are not on the plan, the reward is $250 cash. It is earned when the referred client's deposit clears. The referred business must identify the referrer before or during the introduction.
Will a new website guarantee leads?
No. Kairo does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales, or bookings. Results also depend on demand, pricing, reputation, availability, and how quickly the business follows up.
